They are involved in some cutting-edge clinical research & clinical trials as they look to combat a range of diseases, and offer a dynamic and 'hands-on' approach to work!Job DescriptionAs a Principal Scientist based in London you will be an SME in your area, advising and overseeing a number of allocated clinical studies relating to virology. You will:Provide study management for a range of allocated studies, including protocol input and analytical planningPerform data review and analyse results of varying clinical studies in your area to allow for recommendationLiaise with clients and key stakeholders to support with set-up and progression of clinical studiesSupport in mentoring and training of the wider teamSupport with investigations and RCA with varying assays or techniques, especially relating to cell culture / PCRThe role is predominantly site based, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).The Successful ApplicantTo be successful you will have:PhD in Virology / relatedSolid technical understanding of virology related assays, along with other techniquesWorking knowledge of GCP / ICH standardsProject management experience, including overseeing timelines and budgetsLine management experience (highly desired)What's on OfferThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and growing organisation off the back of their success!
