About Our Client

The Real Estate Litigation team deliver a high-quality legal service. The primary focus of the role will be on commercial property, telecoms and real property issues. The ability to assist on living sector property issues is also important.

Job Description

The department acts for a broad range of clients including:

* Commercial landlords and some tenants.

* Investors and Developers.

* The living sector investors and landlords including social housing providers and ground rent funds

* Private individuals

The Successful Applicant

Experience of a range of commercial L&T, living sector and real property issues is sought including some or all of the following:

* 1954 Act renewals (contested and uncontested)

* Commercial and residential landlord and tenant including

* Rent recovery and forfeiture

* Disrepair

* Tenant insolvency

* Service charges
