The client is based in Leeds and is a specialist Construction law firm who deals with contentious and non-contentious Construction law. The firm have new modern offices close to Leeds and can offer great support and training alongside a competitive salary and great benefits.

Job Description

The Construction Solicitor will work closely with the existing Partners and deal with a caseload of primarily contentious Construction work (with support). This will include construction adjudications, mediation's, arbitration and professional negligence claims. The team advise contractors and developers and deal with disputes in a range of areas from the building of industrial units, schools, infrastructure projects to large development work.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a trainee who has completed a seat in Construction law or you will be a recently qualified Construction Solicitor or ILEX. You will have strong academics and ties to Leeds.
