The client is based in Leeds and is a specialist Construction law firm who deals with contentious and non-contentious Construction law. The firm advise clients across a broad range of sectors and the firm offer high quality work alongside a competitive salary and great benefits.

Job Description

The Construction Legal Director will work closely with the existing Partners and pick up a caseload of contentious Construction work. This will include construction adjudications, mediation's, arbitration and professional negligence claims. The team advise contractors and developers and deal with disputes in a range of areas from the building of industrial units, schools, infrastructure projects to large development work.

The Successful Applicant

You will either be a working as a Construction Legal Director or you will be a senior Construction Solicitor who deals with contentious work. The successful candidate is likely to have ties to Leeds.
