Job Description

Head of Market Insight

This is a new role with a remit to develop and execute the market research and insight strategy for Marketing, working cross-University to link into wider strategic goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring market insight leader to embed an audience and data led culture into the department.

Working closely with senior University colleagues, this role will require analytical thinking with the ability to digest and translate data into a compelling narrative, which supports colleagues to make informed decisions.

  • You will be an excellent and influential leader with the ability to build rapport quickly across the University.
  • A good understanding of data and market intelligence in HE is essential.
  • You will be accustomed to partnership working and working in complex, multi-faceted environments.
  • You should be passionate about data and leading teams and individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • You'll have exceptional analytical and communications skills and be highly organised.

Hybrid working is offered for this role. The nature of the role requires presence on campus at certain times of year, but at other times you will be able to complete some work remotely around business needs.
