Save JobEmail job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsHomebasedVaried and interesting roleAbout Our ClientLogistics/DistributionJob DescriptionAs the Head of Reward, you will be leading the design and delivery of the reward agenda, whilst reforming and shaping the reward strategy for the future, ensuring accuracy, compliance and engagement across all elements of Reward.The role reports directly to the People Director and you will work closely with the People Leadership Team to develop and implement pay and reward strategies.You will play a key role supporting the development, management and delivery of Reward & Benefits activities including annual pay review, company car scheme, role bench-marking, bonus performance & AIP, monthly and annual benefit processing cycles and pension governance across the whole organisation. Strategically leading the pensions offering, working closely with the pension providers and pension trustees.
