Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will join an established Real Estate team who have seen significant growth in the last couple of years. The team advise a range of clients from large corporates, PLC's to small developers and local authorities. The team get involved in a mixed bag of work from landlord & tenant, investment and development work and residential development schemes. The successful candidate will support and Partners and pick up their own caseload of work.

The Successful Applicant

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor who is confident to deal with your own caseload. This role will suit a mid to senior lawyer who has ties to Sheffield.
