Head of Finance

The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Manage and lead the Finance function
• Delivery of accurate and timely management accounts
• Ensure finance prepare and maintain robust cashflow forecasts to identify work capital needs and financing arrangements
• Delivery of budgets and forecasts in line with business requirements
• Continued development of business wide KPI's to support and aid managers within the business to focus on delivering business goals and objectives
• Managing the relationship with Auditors and the year-end statutory audit
• Assisting in drafting the statutory accounts and corporation tax returns (including R&D)
• Play key role, ensuring the finance team deliver timely and accurate product costings to the Commercial team and maintenance of product costings within ERP system to ensure accurate stock valuations
• Improve and develop the financial systems/reporting
