Operating UK wide from our office base in Birmingham, they deliver business activities through a combination of both directly employed staff and self-employed associates, with a team of over 100 people and a multi-million-pound turnover.Job Description You will play a key role in delivering and developing their approach. The scope encompasses building surveying, retrofit and project work as well as property management.You will work as part of the asset management consultancy team, to support a wide range of asset management and building related consultancy assignments.Manage and expand stock condition surveying work streams by:- Managing work currently outsourced.- Creating flexible capacity to deliver stock condition surveys at scale.- Delivering stock condition surveying validations.Travel will be required across various sites.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate must be technically very strong with at least 5 years experience in a technical surveying role either with a consultancy, local authority or housing association.
