Job Description

Proactively resolve HR queries for transactional / admin and payroll related questions

Provides on site support for location specific HR activities

Perform all HR related transnational country specific tasks

Support the mediation of difficult employee relations and provide support related to the employee relations queries

Ensures delivery of high quality HR processes

Consolidate attendance and manage payroll related activities

Communicates benefits related changes and assists employees with questions regarding compensation

Supports smooth execution of local engagement programmes

Provides on site support for location specific HR activities

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3 years experience within a HR Generalist role
Exposure across the full employee life cycle, recruitment, on boarding, administration, HR enquiries, employee relations, performance management, etc...
Ability to work as a team and autonomously as required - resourceful and proactive in finding solutions
Be proactive, ambitious and eager to learn, you will be confident and want to succeed
Be a strong and effective communicator, written and verbal
