A UK wide pub group are looking to appoint a Senior Property Manager to oversee a team of Regional Manager's who deliver Maintenance, Compliance and CAPEX projects across multiple sites across the UK.

Job Description

You will oversee a team of 6 Regional Property Managers who deliver maintenance, compliance & CAPEX projects to their UK wide portfolio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Line management of a team of field-based Leased and Tenanted Property Managers.
  • Motivate, develop, train and coach the Property Managers in your team to maximise performance and deliver the business objectives.
  • Take an active part in the development of the Property Department. Ensuring experience gathered through the role are shared for the benefit of the whole team (both internal and virtual) and that the Property Team as a whole, leads in a professional and supportive way.
  • Support field Property Manager's to consistently deliver successful investment projects, meeting and exceeding agreed targets for programmes, costs, Health & Safety and support the delivery of the approved return on investment.
  • Ensure the quality of design and project packs for Capex Committee meetings are to the highest standard in line with process.
  • Protect & enhance the company's property assets through proactive management of all repairs & maintenance.
  • Ensure that all pub compliance is in programme across the estate in line with statutory and other legal obligations working alongside the Compliance Team
  • Proactively manage and develop contractors and suppliers to ensure value for money and highquality customer service.
  • Stand in and support Property Managers during holidays, sickness and whenever required.
  • Organise and chair Regional Property Managers meetings, delivering central consistent messages to the field team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong track record of property project development and management within pubs / hospitality
  • Comprehensive experience and understanding of Health & Safety and Compliance matters.
  • Professional Property Accreditation (RICS or CIOB) and Degree calibre.
  • Experience or strong interest in People Management, development, and support.
  • Strong project management across different locations. With a creative and innovative approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly driven and committed with excellent planning and organisation skills.
  • Commercial acumen, financial (P&L) and analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Full GB Driving Licence.
