About Our Client

The client is a global infrastructure business. The client is a FSTE listed business who operate across a range of sectors including infrastructure, transport and energy. The client has a large In-house legal function and they are keen to recruit a Legal Counsel to support growth. The business offers a competitive package and offers a split of home and office working.

Job Description

The In-house Construction Solicitor will work closely with the General Counsel and get involved in a mixed caseload of work. This will include dealing with construction contracts and contentious work including all forms of dispute management. The successful candidate will take responsibility for all stages of large construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

You will already be working as a In-house Construction Solicitor or you will be a Construction Solicitor working in practice. You will have ties to Motherwell.
