About Our Client

An international Manufacturing and technology company based in Altrincham. With a well-established marketing team, they are looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote products and services across various online channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for growth.
  3. Manage campaigns through the in-house CRM system
  4. Manage and optimise the company's website content, ensuring it is user-friendly, SEO optimised, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  5. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing, to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and design, to develop integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry regulations to propose innovative strategies and maintain compliance.
  9. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to improve campaign performance and streamline marketing operations.
  10. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate digital marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Digital Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:

* Proven work experience in Digital Marketing (4 years +)
* Experience in B2B Marketing, within a similar industry such as manufacturing, engineering, or technology.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
* Proficiency in managing campaigns through CRM systems
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive business growth.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present information effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
