Each code, each voice, each contribution, each challenge, each success is celebrated here.They welcome candidates who share their values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the below:Contributing to annual sales planCarrying out sales activities for target accounts and sectorsLeading the proposal and quotation processPreparing sales offers and presenting them to customersPreparing the Sales pipeline document, keeping the document up to dateForwarding the weekly status report about the sales activities to the managerTaking part in Sales Process developments, to be responsible for the definition, documentation and operation of the processSearching for new prospective customers in line with vision, carrying out promotional activities and bringing these prospects into customer portfolioRegularly entering data into CRM system and maintaining up-to-date.Managing all relations with assigned customersEngaging in new business development activities related to assigned customersContributing to our vision of developing new products and creating a new marketPreparing and presenting presentations on products and servicesPreparing and participating in contract negotiationsFollowing the collections of the customers in the portfolioTaking part in trade shows/conferences/events and staffing boothExamining the marketing plan, making comments in line with sales expectationsParticipating in the development of relations with PartnersApart from this, fulfill all kinds of instructions given by the manager / supervisorThe Successful ApplicantAs a Business Development Manager, you will need:3-8 years experienceBachelor's Degree in a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in software solution selling. SaaS solutions sales experience to the Banking industry preferredExperience with software business and technologies across a wide range of industries especially in finance/retail industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
