You will be joining as a Trainee Sales Consultant within our Finance team, recruiting for junior and part qualified candidates in the local area, all training and support will be given, key is your ambition and willingness to learn!

Job Description

What you will be doing...

Maintain and establish new customer relationships to under their recruitment needs, fully supported by a high performing team and an award winning management team.

1. Act as the main point of contact between those clients and the candidates represented - managing expectations as you go.

2. Candidate Selection Source and select using various platforms (job boards, social media and personal network)

3. Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role - assess their experience, qualifications and cultural fit

4. Process Management

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish (everything from job briefing to candidate placement!)

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout
