They are continuing with their growth trajectory, as they become a key player in their marketJob DescriptionThis is a standalone HR management role responsible for the entire employee life-cycle of circa 75 employees, and all the administration that is required. You will support the wider management team to build an engaged employee culture.There will be an immediate need to review the existing HR policies and processes, undertaking a gap analysis with a view to recommending and establishing the 'basics.' Reporting into the MD, responsibilities will include (but not be limited to);Delivery of the people agenda, collaborating with the leadership team on the design and implementation of people plansCoaching, influencing and supporting managers and leaders on a range of people activities, from performance to ERProvision of robust employee relations advice and support across all areas relating to employment law and ensure adherence to policies and practicesDriving the recruitment strategy and process, particularly at senior levelOwnership of the talent and training strategy, coaching managers to ensure talent is highlighted and recognised in the business alongside building capabilities and succession plansTo drive employee well-being initiatives to ensure that the business recruits and retains the very best candidates in the industryReview and delivery of a robust Reward framework across the businessSupporting the SLT on further people-related projectsThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will have experience from within a fast-paced industrial or similar environment, ideally in a growing SME. The ability to influence at senior stakeholder level is essential, and experience within a greenfield HR environment would be beneficial.
