Job Description

Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining know-how resources, designing and delivering internal and external training sessions and monitoring developments in the law and practice relating to ICM and their impact on the practice.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a Capital Markets Solicitor. They will have technical competence in capital markets law and transactional experience. They will have qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales or any common law jurisdiction.
