They operate in multiple sectors and offer a diverse range of solutions for a global client base.Job DescriptionBuild and lead a team of Finance Business Partners and AnalystsSupporting the business to achieve it's growth strategy by:Being completely integrated with P&L owners and business unit leaders to support delivery of transformation plansFormulating business cases and appraisals in support of the strategyDelivering improvements in the approach to business decision-makingOwning the structure and relevance of business KPI reporting and insightIdentifying issues and emerging trends; providing a breadth of insight and financial decision support to enable operational excellence in business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingPerforming monthly and quarterly analysis of the business' financial results and KPIs as part of the monthly and quarterly business review processWork hand in glove with leadership team whilst maintaining commercial objectivity - pro- actively providing financial analysis & information to enable the team to make the right decisionsDeliver regular financial forecasts and budgets including packs, insightful packs, risks and opps and supporting analysis - ensuring appropriate reviews are in place and business buy in is obtained.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have experience leading a commercial finance team and business partnering at board level to drive strategic change through an organisation.
