Job Description

  • Working cross functionally to ensure aligned plans with the Away From Home team to elevate the agenda and continue to drive performance.
  • Internal stakeholder management, cross-functional relationships will include: Finance, Shopper Marketing, Customer and Shopper Insights, Supply Chain, & Marketing.
  • Drive for results - successful record of delivering results and continually demonstrating a sense of urgency; knows the numbers; recognises the need for balanced growth; retail and execution focus.
  • Commercial awareness - be comfortable understanding, building plans & negotiating. Understand impact of decisions and be able to build negotiations the deliver win/win/win.
  • Setting the agenda - strong customer centric focus to identify opportunities, build and translate activity into executable plans.
  • Collaborating & influencing (internally & externally) - track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships, formal and informal networks (internally & externally), and flexing style where necessary.
  • Communicating with Impact - communicate persuasively at all levels to ensure flawless execution and buy in to customer plans.

The Successful Applicant

  • FMCG sales background; with experience of account ownership, preferably AFH / OOH, wholesale, Booker
  • P&L ownership and understanding.
  • Account planning ownership.
  • Experience of developing a executing a JBP.
  • Experienced and proven Negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy - Microsoft Office / Analyser / Business Objects.
  • Influencing and selling skills.
  • Relationship building and flexing style to maximise customer engagement.
  • Key Competencies: Results driven, Prioritisation, Analytical, Thinking Skills and Strategic Focus.
  • Negotiating, Productive Communication, Collaboration.
