About Our Client

The team deals with a broad range of disputes and has significant expertise in resolving complex commercial issues. The team has significant experience in dealing with cases in every tier of the English court system from the County Court to the Supreme Court.

Job Description

The role will involve a mixture of insurance and reinsurance coverage and claims work. Other contentious aspects will be involved including cross border work for insurers/reinsurers, brokers and insurance intermediaries, and also policyholders as well as general commercial litigation work.

The Successful Applicant

You will need experience in:

* Running and managing own files, delegating to trainees and paralegals as appropriate;

* High Court and County Court Litigation as well as mediation and arbitration;

* Advocacy, where appropriate;

* Supporting the partners on large and more complex matters as well as generating a caseload of your own.
