Their office is based in Stoke-on-Trent.Job DescriptionThe successful Service Protection Analyst - Insurance will:Joining their Service Delivery Team, you will be responsible for protecting service operations through change control and governance. With a deep knowledge of ITIL Service Operations and Transition processes, you will improve process compliance and efficiency across the business, embedding service management processes. You will assist on activity across other areas of ISS as required, which includes Service Delivery, IT Infrastructure, Information Security and IT Administration.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Service Protection Analyst - Insurance will:Proactive in your approach, you will review, maintain and update the ISS department's risk register and clearly articulate risks to the business. You will also prepare, assign and track remediation activities for each risk. Always diligent, you will create agendas and minutes, and provide management information, whilst maintaining the change schedule. You will also report on KPI metrics, including service review and availability reports. A great communicator, you will collaborate with operational teams to identify and resolve the root causes of service performance failures, and to drive service improvements in a timely manner. You will support the Duty Manager with business communications for service outages, planned changes and project work, whilst helping project managers and 3rd party suppliers to evaluate change requirements against other planned change activity in the interest of protecting service.What's on OfferThis is a real opportunity to make this role your own in a company that is continually growing.
