Senior Talent and Development Consultant

Due to continued success and growth, the business are expanding their Talent and Development offering. They are looking for an experienced Senior Talent and Development Consultant with a focus on career paths development and learning environments to join the team.

• As the Senior Talent and Development Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for people & leadership development in UK and deliver on strategic objectives with a focus on the UK market & local strategy
• Design and implement global development & learning programmes in collaboration with HR colleagues and the business and act as the project manager
• You will have excellent knowledge of key drivers of attraction, retention, and employee engagement in the development implementation and ongoing evolution of relevant talent and development programmes
• You support and champion the evolution of the holistic organisational learning ecosystem to increase usability, standardise and improve processes to create a state-of-the-art learning experience for the global organisation
• You will ensure high-quality, continuous improvement by evaluating the effectiveness of the portfolio, internal and external data & trends
