Finance Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a first time mover, looking to move from practice into industry whilst using existing skills and adding significant value.

The finance Manager will:

• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Manage a complex workload for both self and a small team within tight timescales
• Produce accounts and processing payrolls for various organisations
• Present financial information and results to management and board meetings of charities and other voluntary and community organisations
• Prepare accounts and undertake independent examination
• Review the team's work
• Assist with the strategic development of the organisation, including implementation of new ideas & resources to ensure the service provided to clients continues to be cost-effective, compliant and relevant.
• Maintain and develop the quality of all control procedures and processes in the service.
• Deputise for the Finance Director when absent
