In this influential role, you will be entrusted with providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and associated risk management. As part of this role, you will have an enthusiasm for change and be aware of the potential challenges faced by merging organisations.As the GC, you will lead and oversee the activities of the legal team, working in close collaboration with the executive team providing a level of diplomacy and appropriate challenge. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive legal strategy that aligns with SNG's overall corporate objectives. You will spearhead regulatory initiatives, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure SNG's full compliance with regulatory requirements.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a qualified lawyer who has worked with or sat on an Executive Team before. SNG are looking for a proven leader, who has built strong effective relationships with Boards and operated within a regulated environment before.
