Buyer

The successful candidate will be responsible for

• Assuming all purchasing duties to facilitate the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process. This involves handling purchase requisitions and new supplier applications for individual locations, as well as assisting with invoice queries (if assigned to the Purchasing Team).
• Overseeing negotiating, and contracting RFQs and tenders for specific projects assigned to you.
• Generating reports and achieve cost savings following established processes and procedures, ensuring accurate updates on relevant tools.
• Monitoring supplier performance as applicable.
• Collaborating with the Purchasing Team to comprehend and support the business strategy.
• Cultivating productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Attaining the most cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while considering quality, cost, delivery, and service requirements.
• Collaborating with Category Managers or the Purchasing Manager to address operational needs and implement commodity strategies.
