You will offer guidance on any reviews that are necessary and be up to date with any new requirements and legislation that may apply.Be a main point of contact for key clients during the year, assisting with ad hoc queries and advisory work.Mentor and develop junior staff, including on-the-job feedback and training.Have strong experience of working within practice an ideally have financial services audit exposure to ensure service and delivery.Have managerial experience and have capacity to oversee and support a team of seniors and semi seniors.An accountancy qualification such as ACA or ACCA is essential for this role.
