Responsibilities will include:Implements HR activities aligned to the people plan in conjunction with the HR Business Partner.Manage performance within your region, using key metrics to signpost relevant HR interventions.Manage change activity as the business evolves, including acquisitions and business restructures.Works with other centres of expertise to deliver the people plan and interventions, including the recruitment, ER and L&D teams.Work with the business and centres of expertise to deliver on recruitment and training interventions, ensuring improved leadership capability and great customer experience.Work with employee survey results to improve employee engagement scores across your region.Understanding regulations and employment law to ensure risk within the business is at a minimum and that people are working appropriately within the right frameworks.Advises and supports on complex ER cases.Other ad-hoc duties.The Successful ApplicantThe ideally candidate for the HR Delivery Manager role will be/have:Previous experience gained in a multi-site, ideally regional role in a similar fast paced, customer centric sector including healthcare, retail, facilities management etcExtensive HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycleIdeally some experience of working as a business partnerChange management experience, used to working with people in a culture of changeSolutions focusedIdeally CIPD qualified or part qualified, though not essentialAvailable to start on short notice and commit to the full 6 month contractFull driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North of England, and occasionally Scotland.
