This will include dealing with complex commercial contracts, procurement, joint ventures, IP and Corporate to niche areas such a rail and shipping, state aid and competition law.The Successful ApplicantYou will already be working as a Legal Counsel or a Solicitor who is keen to make the move into Industry. Given the existing structure of the team this role will suit a lawyer around 2-8 years PQE.
