You will deal with a caseload of freehold and leasehold property work including dealing with plot sales, resales, buy backs, shared ownership and licences. You will manage the team which includes a junior solicitor, property executive and paralegal.The Successful ApplicantYou will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive who is confident to deal with their own caseload of files. As the office is in Bradford you will be able to commute to this location.
