Interim Head of Finance

Your duties will include:

1. 
   
   Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team and board of directors.
2. 
   
   Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. 
   
   Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
4. 
   
   Risk Management and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and financial risk management systems. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Coordinate financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
