Grocery Category Manager (FTC)

As the Category Manager on a grocery customer - you'll join a friendly, welcoming and high performing team where you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop your commercial skills.

The key purpose of your role being to build a trusted category partnership with the customer through developing and delivering inspiring category solutions & recommendations that generate category growth and brand share growth.

You'll take ownership of key internal category processes, including reporting, eyes and ears of the market, ad hoc analysis, updating of performance vs 2023 targets on distribution, space and feature to support the wider category team deliver its objectives both internal and external.

You'll also support an executive project, working with a cross-functional team to lead the delivery of key project objectives. Additionally, you'll be team lead for planogramming software; owning relationship with software supplier and supporting evolution of software going forward.
