About Our Client

A UK wide service provider who oversee total FM for a wide portfolio of property types across the country are looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee Total FM for shopping centre based in the South West. This is a single site role managing a small team of specialist managers and operational staff. Occasional weekend work will be required as & when the role requires.

Job Description

To deliver a professional comprehensive facilities management service to the client. Manage the on-site teams working with the Regional M. Ensure the site quality and compliance and health & safety regulations are up to date across the site.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

  • Management of a small team of management & operational staff
  • Overseeing maintenance, cleaning, security for communal spaces across the site.
  • Technical knowledge of M&E services required
  • Utilising the CAFM system to respond to faults / maintenance issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing total facilities management ideally within a shopping centre / retail environment
  • Excellent knowledge of maintenance, security, cleaning contracts
  • Experience managing KPI's / SLA's
  • Experience managing a team
  • Financial / budgeting experience essential
  • Experience working within an FM service provider
  • IOSH / NEBOSH qualification
  • Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
