You will be part of their journey of growth in our new state-of-the-art facility.Job DescriptionEnsure financial accounts comply with relevant statutory and accounting standards.Prepare and review with Financial Controller monthly company P&L and Balance sheet.Prepare and review with Financial Controller annual statutory accounts.Ensure company conforms to group requirements for internal control processes.Review month end accruals and prepayments reports with Financial Controller in a timely manner.Prepare and submit VAT returns to HMRC in a timely manner.Post monthly salaries related journals.Reconcile monthly C79, Deferred statements and CDS statements.Assist the Financial controller in preparing corporation tax requires for Group.Review and prepare R&D claims for submission to head office tax department.Monthly CIS submissionsMonitor and review Tax Risk registers with Financial ControllerThe Successful ApplicantQualified CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalentSignificant post qualification experience in a senior role within a busy finance teamExperience in work in a matrix organisationExperience working in manufacturing environment.Experience preparing monthly financial statements.Significant financial reconciliation experiencePreparation of statutory annual returnsWhat's on OfferYou will have flexible working arrangements, private medical health care, a highly competitive pension scheme and inclusive employment practices.
