Job Description

The selected candidate is expected to be work as part of a global organization, and to work independently with no direct report for the time being. You will also be expected to work with the international team regularly. Other responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team to provide advisory services in order to enable the clients to effectively reach and serve their targeted audience.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent client relationship and internal team (regional and globally).
  • Managing projects and deliverable as well as meeting the targets and budgets allocated for each projects.
  • Building and delivering strategic solutions by proposing new ideas for customer acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Leading and executing different projects to ensure project deliverable are met in a timely manner.
  • Providing research and analyses and piloting the roll out recommendation and ensuring the implementation are completed within the targets.
  • Recommending strategic solutions that are customer-centric and commercially viable.
  • Developing pipeline of potential partners, institutional (Financial Services), and supporting the execution of the prospective clients that are not limited to Indonesia only.
  • Monitoring and strives to maintain high levels of quality, and process consistency in the planning efforts.
  • Building the understanding of the financial services and fin-tech environment, key players, competitor's landscape.
  • Keeping up to date with the local developments and developing strategic partnerships with clients.
  • Developing strong understanding of financial inclusion in the South East Asia market.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant has to have excellent communicator and possessing strong track records in business development. The ability to communicate in both English and Indonesia is a must, and background in financial-service/fin-tech is highly preferred. Key requirement are:

  • Excellent communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to travel when applicable.
  • Total experience between 8-10 years of experience in relevant industry (Financial Services/Fin-Tech/consulting firms or other relevant NGO).
  • Strong project management skills, with 4 years minimum experience in consulting/project-based or strategic office role.
  • Track record in business development, managing multiple clients or projects.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Having network/experience working/studying overseas.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervisions.
  • Ability to work independently and possessing an entrepreneur mindset.
  • Ability to work in a problem-solving environment with good time-management skill.
