The firm has long serving staff with directors and team of senior managerial/managerial staff managing the delivery of a quality service to a large client base.Job DescriptionYou will prepare and review compliance for wide ranging clients from OMBs through to significant sized groups and large corporate clients along with the chance to develop your career down the tax planning and advisory route. As you develop within the firm and role you will take on increasing responsibility / portfolio and client management.Over time as you develop within the firm and role you will also have increasing involvement working on wide ranging tax planning and advisory projects across areas like international tax, capital allowances, due diligence and other tax planning projects.In addition, you will lead on R&D Tax claims and support the wider team with M&A transactions on buy or sell side.The Successful ApplicantWith a career background involving significant support on a wide range of tax advisory matters for Corporate businesses and business owners. Your experience will have been developed within any of a Top Tier firm, through to independent accounting/tax firm of any size.
