The organisation, who have an unrivalled reputation for product quality and service, are looking for a leader to sit as part of their senior management team.Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager will lead a team of 13 engineers across a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will be tasked with improving the availability and reliability of the site and developing the skill sets and systems knowledge of the maintenance team. This role will sit as part of the companies wider succession planning and will progress to the Head of Engineering position in the next 6-12 months. Reporting into the Operations Director, the Maintenance Manager will work closely with the Production Manager to develop capacity across site and with the project engineering team on developing asset.
